Paris Hill Founders Day
This is going to be another long blog post!
We were lucky enough to see not only Bob Bahre's incredible vehicle collection today, but also the vehicles of lots of other enthusiasts that they drove up to share them with the crowd at this year's Founders Day. It was a beautiful Maine summer day, so loads of people came out to enjoy the show! I had to start with my very favorite part of the collection - the carriage from Gone with the Wind...
We'll call this one, 'Patience'...
What a fun way to spend the day with my boys and our friends!

Is the carriage shrinking?
Every summer the kiddos humor me and pose in front of the carriage used during the filming of 'Gone with the Wind', which is my very favorite piece in the collection that is on display each year for Paris Hill Founders Day. They're growing up so fast that soon enough we won't be able to see that carriage behind them!

I love comparing the old photos with the new one each year. This was 4 years ago...

It's the first day of spring...brrr!
But, our favorite ice cream shop opened up for the season today, so we had to stop for ice cream anyway!
