...because when I'm out here none of the rest of it seems to matter anymore.

Something new to try!
My friend and I both enjoy eating at Norway Brewing Company, but she's not a fan of beer like I am. Well, they are now offering hard ciders and wines. We tried several samples this evening, and found that the Mainiac Gold cider was the best. I mean, with a name like that how could you go wrong?!

Before the rain...
I always keep my skis in the car (along with my skates and snowshoes!) just in case I have a chance to use them, and I was able to squeeze in a quick 2 mile ski

It was a helluva workout. Climbing the hills at Roberts Farm is always humbling, but the weather was perfect, the trails were gorgeous, and the scenery can't be beat!

Tasty Brew
Our local microbrewery announced Mr. Grumpypants, an oatmeal stout made with chocolate and coffee a few weeks ago, and I've been anxious to try it, but haven't had a chance to stop by. I did today, and it did not disappoint. It was well worth the wait, but I hope that I won't have to wait so long for the next one!

Sunset in Norway
This evening the girls and I went for a run around downtown Norway. This is what waited for us there...spectacular!
