It sprung a leak!
Apparently there was a hole in the corn car. The wildlife is lovin' it! I startled a pair of mallards who had come down for a bite to eat this morning during my walk.
I would like to comment on how disgusting that trash is right next to where the critters are eating.
Please dispose of trash properly and do not litter!

Spring training begins today!
Those summer races may seem like they are a long way off right now, but time flies and they'll be here before we know it. We'd better be ready!

Another recipe to remember...
This evening she told me that all she wanted was some sort of white pizza that you could buy as a kit at the store and she expected me to go buy it for her. As if. Does that sound like something I am likely to do? Nope. I told her to pull out that 'smart' phone of hers and find herself a recipe! She was a bit upset with me at first, but by golly she just made a kick-butt white sauce that was way better than any I have ever made. Seriously, that Emeril guy knows how to write easy instructions on how to make delicious food: Roasted Garlic White Sauce Pizza. She is now quite impressed with herself and will definitely be making this one again!

Message from the sky...
"Do you ever wonder what happens when you put a message inside a balloon & send it up into the sky? Well, Kaden & Oliver (not sure who either of you are) we found yours in West Paris, Maine and wanted to make sure someone saw it..oh, and Happy 1st Birthday too! Please feel free to share." - from a friend's Facebook post. (I wonder if maybe they will see it here?)

I'm a 'padiddle'!
"Padiddle - alternatively spelled pediddle, perdiddle and kadiddle, is a Canadian and American slang term for a vehicle with a burnt-out headlight or brake light. It is also the name of a nighttime travel game involving spotting such vehicles.[1][2] Cars with only one illuminated tail light are called pidadle in some areas of the country." - Wikipedia
